Terms of Use

GENERAL TERMS

By booking Luxe16 Studios for photography, filming, content creation, or similar purposes, the Client agrees to these Terms of Use. A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received or a signed agreement is submitted. Verbal confirmations are not valid.

Studio hire time begins at the scheduled time or upon the Client's arrival-whichever is earlier. All setup and pack-down must take place within the booked hours.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings must be made and paid for in full at least 5 days prior to the session. Overtime will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

We strongly encourage clients to book enough time to comfortably cover their shoot, event, or special day. This helps ensure a smooth experience and prevents delays for incoming bookings.

Extra Hour Policy

Please note that any additional hour requested beyond the original booking time is charged at £45 per hour as standard. Extra hours are subject to studio availability and may delay incoming clients or disrupt scheduled studio operations. If the additional hour fee is not paid, the £50 caution fee deposit will be automatically used to cover the £45 charge, and the remaining will be refunded to the Client’s account.

Consumables, additional equipment, or services requested on the day must be paid for before the session ends.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Changes or cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking: No charge
- Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours: 50% charge
- Same-day cancellations: Non-refundable

STUDIO USE & CONDUCT

Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of the studio space, furnishings, and equipment. Any loss, damage, or misuse caused by the Client or their team will incur repair or replacement costs.

Studios must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio is left unclean or disorganized.

FOOD & DRINK POLICY

Food is not permitted anywhere inside the Luxe16 Studios premises. Complimentary bottled water will be provided for all guests.

ANIMAL POLICY

Animals are strictly not permitted within Luxe16 Studios, with the sole exception of certified service animals, which must be disclosed and approved in advance.

NOISE & NEIGHBOUR ETIQUETTE

Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly when arriving or leaving. Loud music or disruptive activity is not permitted without prior approval. Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Clients are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability and production insurance. Luxe16 Studios will not be liable for injury, theft, damage, or loss of personal items brought onto the premises.

A first aid kit is available for emergencies. Luxe16 staff are not required to be first-aid certified.

ELECTRICALS & EQUIPMENT

Only qualified or experienced individuals may operate studio equipment. Any external equipment brought into the studio must be PAT-tested and safe to use.

SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Luxe16 Studios. A designated outdoor smoking area may be used, if available.

SECURITY & PROPERTY

The studio is monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes. Luxe16 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Parking, where available, is at the Client's own risk.

PARKING

Refer to your booking confirmation for parking instructions. Luxe16 is not liable for any parking penalties or traffic violations.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Clients must inform Luxe16 in advance if their session involves any of the following:
- Loud noise/music
- Set construction
- Use of liquids or smoke/haze
- Nudity or adult content
- Stunts, children, or hazardous materials

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Weekend availability at Luxe16 Studios may vary, especially on Sundays, due to private events or pre-scheduled functions held within the space.

Clients are strongly advised to contact Luxe16 directly to confirm availability before making any weekend bookings. If Luxe16 studio must cancel or adjust a confirmed booking, the Client will be notified within 12 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Luxe16 will make every reasonable effort to agree on alternative arrangements that work best for the Client.
If a cancellation or significant change occurs due to Luxe16's circumstances at very short notice, Luxe16 may offer the Client an additional hour complimentary session, subject to availability.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Luxe16 Studios reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication and will apply to all future bookings. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions regularly.

Failure to notify Luxe16 may result in cancellation or additional fees.
