Please note: Luxe16 Studios features white sofas and carpeted flooring, which are delicate and prone to staining. We do not charge a standard cleaning fee, but to maintain our space, we collect a £50 holding fee upon arrival at the property. This fee is fully refundable after your session, provided the studio is returned in a clean condition with no stains, spillage, or damage to furniture or carpet.
